Opportunity and position information: A growing automotive service company (currently with 4 locations) is taking applications for an experienced sales driven leader for our busy independent shop.  We are always seeking qualified applicants! Automotive experience is not necessary if you have a documented, verifiable record of outstanding sales and leadership skills.  We are seeking a candidate who wants more than just a job.  This is a unique opportunity to manage and run a facility allowing you to reap the reward for your efforts.  You must be able to sell, lead, and build lasting relationships with the customer base.

• Starting base salary: $35,000 - $45,000 depending on experience
• 1st Year commission should be between $18,000 - $24,000.
• Total compensation by the 2nd/3rd year should be $80,000 - $100,000.
• We have existing Service Managers earning in excess of $100,000.
• There is NO CAP on commission!
• 5 1/2 day work week (At least 1 Saturday off every month);NO Sundays
